About this piece
Cast as a rectangular wall relief panel, the surface is organised around overlapping bands of closely spaced flutes. Broad, folded forms radiate from several low central junctions, crossing at varied angles and leaving smooth recessed fields between them. The changing projection produces sharp linear shadows under raking light while retaining a continuous abstract composition across the panel. It suits contemporary feature walls, reception areas and large decorative wall fields where repeated ridges and directional movement can be read at a distance.
