About this piece
Cast components form a rectangular ceiling design organised around a broad circular centre. Fine floral and foliate scrolls interlace within the ring, while larger curling stems fill the outer fields in balanced mirrorwork. Raised moulded bands separate the circular ornament from the surrounding relief and give the assembled ceiling clear depth. Cast in our Seattle studio in GRP, GRC or fibre-reinforced gypsum, the design suits formal rooms, framed ceiling bays and coffered ceiling schemes requiring continuous Baroque ornament.
