About this piece
Cast crown moulding and cornice composed of broad circular rinceaux, curling acanthus leaves and clustered floral bouquets. Rosette-like flower heads mark the centres of the large scrolls, while smaller blossoms and leafy stems fill the ground between repeats. A narrow leaf enrichment crowns the composition, and restrained lower mouldings provide a clear architectural edge. The deep relief creates strong shadow across both straight runs and mitred returns. Cast in our Seattle studio, this crown moulding and cornice suits Beaux-Arts interiors and formal classical rooms.
