About this piece
Cast material gives this custom and bespoke lion a full-bodied, freestanding form. The face is symmetrically modelled, with alert eyes, a broad muzzle and a deeply worked mane falling in layered locks across the chest. Straight forelegs and articulated paws establish the frontal stance, while the seated body and rear paw complete the silhouette in the oblique view. Developed and cast in our Seattle studio, bespoke work can be produced from a drawing, photograph or existing profile for architectural placement.
