About this piece
Cast capitals & bases form a classical column set defined by broad paired volutes, a central floral palmette and a square abacus. A bead course crosses the face above a row of rounded pendant leaves, while layered curves give the capital clear projection at corners and returns. The coordinating bases complete the capitals-and-bases arrangement for columns or pilasters in arcades, formal rooms and restoration work. Each set is cast in our Seattle studio and can be produced to suit the required shaft size.
